Join us for an exciting wildlife safari in spring, summer, and early autumn, with options available year-round. We’ll explore beautiful areas surrounded by mountains and sea, searching for wildlife like owls, foxes, and moose. Led by Odd-Petter Tanke Jensen, a professional landscape and wildlife photographer from Lofoten, the tour offers great opportunities for photography, even if you’re not a professional. While wildlife sightings aren’t guaranteed, Odd-Petter’s local knowledge and connections increase the chances of encountering these amazing animals.
The safari is suitable for all ages and anyone interested in nature and photography. Tours run from April 18 to August 6, with flexible times throughout the rest of the year. They last 3.5 to 6 hours, but can be extended at no extra cost if desired. Starting times vary: 21:00 in spring and summer, 19:00 from July 25 to August 6, and 10:00 for the rest of the year. The cost is 1350 NOK per person, with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 guests (1 person on request). Additional camera lenses are available upon request. Remember to bring food, drinks, and weather-appropriate clothing. Key wildlife sightings throughout the year include hawk owls, white-throated dippers, short-eared owls, long-eared owls, moose, otters, stoats, and weasels.
